摘要
以柚皮为原料,制备柚皮干粉、柚皮纤维素和柚皮微晶纤维素,比较柚子全皮(PP)、柚子黄皮(YP)、柚子白皮(WP)、黄皮纤维素(YPC)、白皮纤维素(WPC)、柚皮微晶纤维素(PMCC)和市售微晶纤维素(CMCC)在模拟胃环境下对Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)的吸附效果,筛选吸附性能最佳的制备物,同时研究其在模拟胃环境下,不同Pb^(2+)、Cr^(6+)初始含量及制备物用量对吸附效果的影响.结果表明,7种柚皮制备物对Pb^(2+)的吸附效果表现为:YPC>YP>PP>WP>WPC>PMCC>CMCC,对Cr^(6+)的吸附效果表现为:YP>PP>WP>YPC>WPC>PMCC>CMCC.在模拟胃环境下,YPC对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能最佳,在YPC用量3.5 g·L^(-1)、Pb^(2+)初始含量20 mg·L^(-1)、温度37℃、吸附时间3 h的条件下,吸附量达3.86 mg·g^(-1),去除率达95.5%; YP对Cr^(6+)具有较好的吸附效果,在YP用量5 g·L^(-1)、Cr^(6+)初始含量5 mg·L^(-1)、温度37℃、吸附时间3 h的条件下,吸附量达2.35 mg·g^(-1),去除率达88.3%.
The peel dry powder,peel cellulose and peel microcrystalline cellulose were prepared with grapefruit peel,and the adsorption efficiency of Pb2+and Cr6+in the simulated gastric environment was compared by comparing grapefruit full skin(PP),grapefruit yellow peel(YP),pomelo peel(WP),yellow peel cellulose(YPC),white peel cellulose(WPC),peel microcrstal-line cellulose(PMCC)and commercial microcrystalline cellulose(CMCC).In addition,the effects of the initial content of Pb2+and Cr6+and the amount of preparation on the adsorption effect were studied in the simulated gastric environment.The results showed that the adsorption effect of 7 kinds of pomelo peel on Pb2+was YPC>YP>PP>WP>WPC>PMCC>CMCC,and the adsorption effect on Cr6+was YP>PP>WP>YPC>WPC>PMCC>CMCC.Under the simulated gastric environment,the adsorption performance of YPC on Pb2+was the best.Under the conditions of YPC dosage of 3.5 g.L 1,Pb2+initial content of 20 mg.L 1,temperature 37℃,and 3 h adsorption time,the adsorption capacity reached 3.86 mg.g 1 and the removal rate was 95.5%.YP had a good adsorption effect on Cr6+.Under the conditions of YP dosage of 5 g.L 1,Cr6+initial content of 5 mg.L 1,temperature 37℃,and 3 h adsorption time,the adsorption capacity reached 2.35 mg.g 1,the removal rate reached 88.3%.
