两亲性光敏剂五聚赖氨酸酞菁锌的抗菌机理 被引量:3

摘要 测定了光敏剂五聚赖氨酸酞菁锌分别被大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)和金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)吸附的量对其表面电荷和细胞壁的影响,以及与两种消毒剂(聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐和过氧化氢)的联合抑菌作用,试验结果表明,随着光敏剂浓度的增加,菌体表面的电荷数增大、菌体壁的损伤程度增加. We measured the amount of PS-pentalysineβ-Carbonylphthalocyanine zinc bound to Escherichia coli(ATCC25922)and Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC6538),the zeta potential of bacterial surface in the presence of PS,the damage of bacterial cell wall,the joint antimicrobial effects of the PS together with polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride(PHMB)or hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).The results show-ed that the charges of bacterial surface and the damage of bacterial cell wall increased with PS concentration.
