摘要
基于全服役期的系统修维修策略,以维修对象、维修深度、维修指导理论、维修技术、维修作业地点、维修策略有效期、维修间隔期、维修评价度量、维修作业触发、维修作业时长等为维度,能对地铁列车实施精准维修。通过与传统的计划修、均衡修、全效修、精益修等维修策略的比对发现:系统修取消了架修及大修,能针对故障特性及时响应、动态调整,具有动态性、创新性,覆盖了列车的全服役期。以具体案例为例,介绍了平均故障间隔时间的计算及维修间隔期的确定。系统修已在具体线路试行。试行结果显示:试行系统修后,列车的维修评价度量指标有所改善。
A train system maintenance strategy based on the whole service life cycle can realize accurate maintenance for train,with the dimension of maintenance object,maintenance depth,maintenance guidance theory,maintenance technology,working location of maintenance,validity of maintenance strategy,maintenance interval,assessment criteria of maintenance,triggering conditions of maintenance,working duration of maintenance,etc.Through a comparison with the traditional maintenance strategy,including scheduled maintenance,balanced maintenance,whole performance maintenance,lean maintenance and systematic maintenance,the train systematic maintenance strategy in whole service life cycle is found to have stronger vitality and innovation,indicating the development direction of the train maintenance strategy.The new train maintenance strategy has been applied to real line operation and the measurement index of maintenance evaluation proves to be better.
