基于LS-DYNA的微细磨料小角度冲蚀氧化铝陶瓷材料去除机理数值模拟 被引量:1

Numerical Simulation of Material Removal Mechanism of Alumina Ceramic Eroded by Micro Abrasive at Small Angle Using Ls-Dyna Software

摘要 借助LS-DYNA软件数值模拟微细磨料小角度冲蚀氧化铝陶瓷材料过程,分析微细磨料对陶瓷材料去除机理。采用Ls-DNYA显式算法、ESTS侵蚀接触算法和JH-2陶瓷材料本构关系模型,分别建立球形和八面体磨料模型,比较分析磨料形状、速度,冲蚀角度对于陶瓷材料去除的影响规律。结果表明磨料速度越大,则陶瓷变形量越大,应力和应变范围也越大;冲蚀角度越大,则磨料的法向冲击力越大,变形和应力也越大。八面体磨料的各侧面锋刃与工件相互作用,对工件材料产生犁耕作用,冲蚀的表面较规则。 With the help of LS-DYNA software,the material removal mechanism of alumina ceramic eroded by single abrasive at small angle is simulated.In order to analyze the influence law of abrasive shape,velocity and erosion angle on material removal comparatively,the LS-DYNA display algorithm,ESTS erosional contact algorithm and JH-2 ceramic constitutive model are employed,and the spherical and octahedral abrasive model are established.The experimental result indicates that the higher jet velocity is,the greater deformation,stress and strain range become.Also the bigger erosion angle is,the greater normal impact force becomes,at the same time the greater deformation and stress of work-piece become.Because of the interaction between sharp sides of octahedral abrasive and work-piece,there is a plowing effect generated on the work-piece surface,as a result the regular erosion surface is obtained.
