汽车发动机缸孔珩磨表面织构预测建模与工艺参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 采用立式珩磨机和配套的专用金刚石磨粒油石,在恒定材料去除率实验条件下,通过改变珩磨头转速和径向切深,研究了珩磨工艺参数对珩磨表面织构的影响规律。通过单因素响应面实验设计方法,建立缸孔珩磨表面支撑率曲线参数与珩磨工艺参数关联规律的预测模型。揭示出与缸孔-活塞环跑合特性相关的纹理参数与珩磨头转速和径向切深关联度较小。建立了缸孔-活塞环正常磨损特性参数及缸孔表面的最小储油参数与珩磨工艺参数的关系式。后续珩磨实验验证了缸孔珩磨表面织构参数与珩磨工艺参数关联规律预测模型的正确性。利用文中提出的预测模型,便于快速选择符合汽车发动机缸孔珩磨加工工艺多目标标准的珩磨工艺参数,为实际生产提供参考依据。 Using vertical honing machine and assort diamond abrasive oilstone,under a constant material removal rate,by varying the rotate speed of honing head and cutting depth,experiments investigate the rule of honing progress parameters with surface texture.Taking advantage of one factor response surface methodology,this explore creates a prediction model of the correlation law of the bearing rate curve parameters of cylinder bore with honing process parameters.It reveals that there is a minor correlation of the texture index with the running-in property of cylinder bore-piston rings pair.The investigation makes the relationship of the normal wear character parameter of cylinder bore-piston rings pair and hole surface minimal oil storage specification with honing process settings.The subsequent honing experiment proves prediction model of cylinder bore honing surface texturing with honing process parameters valid.Utilizing prediction model,it is easy to choose honing process parameter that meet automobile engine cylinder bore multiobjective standard,which serves for practice.
