摘要
以某摩托车发动机缸体三面八孔的加工为研究对象,分析了各孔的加工精度要求及技术难点,在分析传统加工工艺不足的基础上,利用工序集中原则,提出了镗、锪、攻丝复合加工的工艺方案,进而设计了三面加工专用机床整体布局方案;通过分析缸体结构及工艺特点,确定了工件的加工姿态;最后根据球室、台阶孔、螺纹孔的工艺要求及结构特点等确定了三面精镗、锪削、攻丝同时加工的工艺方案。实际生产应用表明:缸体生产节拍为0.5min/件,合格率达到99.9%以上,缸体加工后各项精度指标均达到或超过图纸要求。
Using some motorbike engine cylinder 3-side,8-hole process,we analyze every hole's process accuracy demand and technical difficulty.Based on analyzing traditional production craft defects,we take advantage of the process focus principle.Then we put forward a process craft where boring,reaming,spot facing are multiply used.We then designed a 3-side special tool machine layout case;By analyzing the cylinder structure and craft features,we ensure the workpiece process gesture;Finally according to ballroom,stage steps,threaded hole's craft and structure feature,we ensure the 3-side accurately boring,spot facing,milling craft case.Practical manufacture application shows:Cylinder takt is 0.5min/piece,and the percentage of passing is more than 99.9%.After cylinder process,all accuracy numbers are all over the blueprint demands.
