氟啶酮赤霉素协同诱导对肉苁蓉种子发芽率的影响 被引量:14

摘要 【目的】探明氟啶酮和赤霉素对肉苁蓉种子发芽率的影响及肉苁蓉种子的休眠机理.【方法】选取当年采收新鲜未经层积的肉苁蓉种子为试验材料,于不同阶段用氟啶酮和赤霉素处理肉苁蓉种子,采用培养皿滤纸法进行种子发芽试验.【结果】不同质量浓度氟啶酮预处理肉苁蓉种子36h可显著提高种子的发芽率,10mg/L质量浓度下种子发芽率最高,为32.67%;10mg/L氟啶酮(36h)+赤霉素处理,种子发芽率达到20%~60%,最佳处理为10mg/L(36h)+25mg/L赤霉素,发芽率可达59.33%,与其他处理相比,差异极显著.【结论】单一氟啶酮或赤霉素处理均可对肉苁蓉种子发芽起促进作用,但两者协同诱导效果更显著,其中氟啶酮对促进肉苁蓉种子萌发起关键作用. 【Objective】To find out the effects of fluridone and gibberellin co-induction on the seed germination rate of Cistanche deserticola,and the seed dormancy mechanism.【Method】The fresh C.deserticola seeds(without stratification)were treated with fluridone and gibberellin in different stages,and the seed germination test was conducted by using petri dish filter method.【Result】The seed germination rate was significantly increased after 36 hours'pre-treatment with different concentrations of fluridone,and the seed germination rate reached the highest(32.67%)while the concentration was 10 mg/L.The germination rate ranged from 20%to 60%under the treatment of 10 mg/L fluridone(36 h)+gibberellin.The best treatment was 10 mg/L(36 h)fluridone+25 mg/L gibberellin,and the germination rate reached 59.33%.【Conclusion】The single fluridone or gibberellin treatment could promote the germination,but the co-effect was more significant,and fluridone played the key role for promoting the germination.
