摘要
政府行为对于企业创新及其经济后果极为重要。以沪、深A股上市公司相关数据为样本,并以市场效应和羊群效应为分析路径,实证检验了政府治理影响企业创新绩效的微观作用机理。结论表明,政府治理水平通过市场效应和羊群效应对企业创新绩效产生积极作用,其中市场效应的作用更为突出。此外,政府治理对企业创新投资羊群行为及企业创新绩效的治理效应在非国有企业中更为显著。
Examined how government governance affects enterprise innovation performance.Empirical evidence suggests that there are two effects of government governance influencing enterprise innovation performance:market effect and herding effect,and the market effect dominates.Further,the sensitivity of enterprise innovation investment herding behavior on government governance,and also the sensitivity of enterprise innovation performance on herding behavior is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises.
