冬奥会与举办城市互动关系研究

Study on the Interaction between the Winter Olympic Games and Host Cities

以"冬奥会与举办城市的互动研究"为题,通过文献资料调研,在梳理历届冬奥会举办城市的基础上,提出了冬奥会与举办城市互动发展的5个阶段,及冬奥会与举办城市互动最新的价值基础。研究认为:1)受冬奥会赛事与举办城市规模的影响,冬奥会与举办城市的互动联系可以分为直接利用阶段、规划建设阶段、区域发展阶段、互利共赢阶段及可持续发展阶段;2)2022年北京冬奥会的可持续发展将体现在筹办和举办两个环节,最终北京冬奥会将为冬奥会打造"冰+雪"的举办城市办赛模式,为北京打造可持续发展的奥运遗产。

By applying the literature research method,this study based on the interaction between the Winter Olympic Games and Host Cities and put forward the five stages of the interactive development of the two parts and the latest value foundation.The conclusions are as followed:the interaction between the Winter Olympic Games and the Host Cities can be divided into the stage of direct utilization,planning and construction,regional development,mutually beneficial and sustainable development;Beijing 2022 will create the"ice+snow"hosting city mode for the Winter Olympic Games,and create a sustainable Olympic legacy for host city.
