摘要
针对目前油田对注水管网能耗评价监测的需求,分析了注水管网系统能耗现状及成因,提出按站出口压力建立评价指标和按泵的额定排量划分建立评价指标这2种方法,并运用大量的现场测试数据对2种评价方法的合理性与适用性进行了反复验证与调整;大量管网数据统计分析表明,管网损失率随着流量的增加先增加后减小,存在最高点,并对此进行了理论推理与分析,确认了其存在的客观性;最后确定增加管网损失率作为注水系统能耗评价指标,并给出了评价方法和具体的评价标准数值。该指标可综合评价注水系统的管网能耗,可依此指导管网的运行与改造。
Aiming at the demand of oil fields for the energy consumption evaluation of water injection network,analyze the present situation and causes of energy consumption of water injection network system,put forward two methods of establishing energy consumption evaluation indexes:one is based on the outlet pressure of water injection station,and the other is based on the division of the rated displacement of water injection pump,and verify again and again the rationality and applicability of the two evaluation methods using a large number of field test data.In the statistical analysis of a large number of pipeline network data,it is found that the loss rate of pipeline network increases first and then decreases with the increase of flow rate,and there is the highest value of the loss rate of pipeline network.The objectivity of this data characteristics of the network loss rate is confirmed through theoretical reasoning and analysis.Finally,the pipe network loss rate is determined as the energy consumption evaluation index of water injection system,and the evaluation method and the specific evaluation standard value are given.This index can comprehensively evaluate the present situation of the energy consumption of the water injection pipe network to guide the operation and transformation of the network.
