Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Ambroxol Injection in different ways for the adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods A total of 112 children with pneumonia were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,56 cases in each group. The two groups were all treated with Ambroxol Injection.Children in the control group was given drug for intravenous injection method, children in the observation group was given drug for aerosol inhalation method. The disappearance time of signs, recovery time of body temperature and therapeutic effect between the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of shortness of breath, cough, rales, wheezing rales, wheezing sound in the larynx and recovery time of body temperature in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.64%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Ambroxol injection, the treatment effect of aerosol inhalation method is better than intravenous injection method, safe and effective, more conducive to speeding up the disappearance of disease signs of children, improve clinical efficacy,it should be vigorously promoted in clinical use.
