摘要
目的建立津力达颗粒中苦氧碱、氧化苦参碱及槐定碱鉴别方法和对照图谱。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对津力达颗粒中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱及槐定碱成分进行鉴别,并对影响色谱分离效果的主要因素(吸附剂、展距等)进行优化。结果方法简便、重现性好,结果可靠。结论 TLC可用于津力达颗粒的定性鉴别,为提高质量标准提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To establish the identification method and control map of matrine,oxymatrine and sophorindine in Jinlida Granules.Methods The components of matrine,oxymatrine and sophoridine in Jinlida Granules were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and the main factors(adsorbent,spread distance,etc.)affecting the chromatographic separation effect were optimized.Results The method was simple,reproducible and reliable.Conclusion TLC can be used for qualitative identification of Jinlida Granules,and provides a reliable basis for improving quality standards.
