淄博市小学家校合作现状调查研究及对策分析

随着教育的发展,人们逐渐认识到学生的健康成长不仅要发挥家庭和学校各自的作用,还需要实现家庭和学校的沟通与合作。近几年来,在山东省教育厅的推动下,淄博市各小学开展了轰轰烈烈的家校合作,并取得了积极成效。但是在现有的家校合作中,还存在着各种问题,从而影响了家校合作的可持续发展,影响了学生的健康成长。本课题为更好地调查淄博市小学家校合作中存在的问题,在淄博市内抽取数所小学进行了问卷调查和访谈,对调查结果进行了分析,并提出了对策,以期促进淄博市小学家校合作工作的开展。

With the development of education,people gradually realize that the healthy growth of students demands not only the respective role of the family and the school,but also the communication and cooperation between the family and the school.In recent years,under the impetus of the Education Department of Shandong Province,primary schools in Zibo City have carried out vigorous home-school cooperation and achieved good results.However,in the existing home-school cooperation,there are still various problems,which affect the sustainable development of home-school cooperation and the healthy growth of students.In order to better investigate the problems,this project has selected several primary schools in Zibo City to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews,analyzed the survey results,and proposed countermeasures so as to promote the home-school cooperation work in primary schools in Zibo City.
