长链非编码RNA在AML中作用的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度超过200 nt的RNA分子,不编码蛋白,但可与蛋白质、DNA和RNA相互作用,通过基因印记、染色质重塑、细胞周期调控、剪接调控等机制,在表观遗传学、转录调控、转录后调控等层面调控基因表达。在急性髓细胞白血病(AML)细胞中亦存在多种异常表达的lncRNA,其中表达上调的lncRNA有RUNXOR、UCA1、PVT1等,表达下调的lncRNA有IRAIN、LLEST、NEAT1等。这些异常表达的lncRNA在AML的发生、发展过程中可能发挥抑癌或促癌作用,有可能成为新型肿瘤生物标志物和治疗靶点。
