延安时期中国共产党人对党内家长制批判及其当代价值

Chinese Communists' Critiques of Inner-Party Patriarchal System in Yan'an Period and Its Contemporary Values

家长制作为一种恶劣的党风,早在延安时期就为中国共产党人所批判。具体说来就是,在理论上,以历史唯物主义为"批判的武器",剖析了党内家长制存在的根源及其内在因素,并指出了克服和消除的方向与途径;在实践上,以优良的党风建设为"武器的批判",在党内民主等四个方面,指明了克服和消除党内家长制的着力点和生长点;在制度上,以民主集中制建设为重点,在集体领导、党内生活、党内监督等方面,阐明了构建消除党内家长制的重要保障。这一批判,对于新的历史条件下,实现从严治党具有重要价值。

The patriarchal system is an abominable Party conduct.As early as Yan’an period,the Chinese communists criticized it from the three main aspects.Specifically,in theory,taking historical materialism as“weapon of criticism”,this paper analyzed the root and intrinsic factors existing in the inner-Party patriarchal system,and then pointed out the way to overcome and remove it.In practice,relying on excellent Party style construction as“criticism of the weapon”,they indicated the focus and growing points to eliminate it.In system,taking the democratic centralism construction as priority,this paper expounded the important guarantee to eliminate the inner-Party patriarchal system in such aspects as collective leadership,inner-Party life,inner-Party supervision,etc.Under the new historical condition,the criticism of inner-Party patriarchal system has important values to strengthen Party’s self-discipline.
