摘要
从提高氧化铝生产中沉降槽的性能角度出发,建立了料浆自稀释进料装置的计算模型,对比分析了自稀释进料装置各结构参数对其性能的影响,及影响规律;并对某企业沉降槽的料浆自稀释装置进行了优化设计。
From the perspective of improving the performance of settling tank in alumina production,the calculation model of slurry self-dilution feeding device was established.The influence of various structural parameters of the device on its performance was compared and analyzed,and the influence law was summarized.The slurry self-dilution device of a certain enterprses settling tank was optimized.
