摘要
对不同槽龄废阴极的电阻率、真密度和拉曼光谱进行研究分析,发现部分废阴极的电阻率可低至18μΩ·m左右,有的废阴极真密度可达2. 20g/cm3以上,废阴极拉曼光谱中的G峰和D峰强度比随槽龄延长而增大。研究表明,在铝电解过程中,阴极炭块发生了明显的石墨化现象。
The resistivity,true density and Raman spectra of spent cathodes of different ages were studied.It was found that the resistivity of some spent cathodes could be as low as about 18[xH?m,and the true density of some spent cathodes could be more than 2.20g/cm3.The intensity ratio of G peak and D peak in cathode Raman spectra increased with the extension of pot life.Studies have sho^vn that during the aluminum reduction,significant graphi-tization occurs in te cathode carbon blocks.
