西方信用制度的演进机制研究——基于诺斯的制度演化理论的视角

The Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Western Credit System——From the Perspective of North's Theory of Institutional Evolution

信用制度是人类经济社会一种历史悠久的基础性制度。发达市场经济国家的经验表明,健全的信用制度能够将各种促进经济发展的社会力量整合起来,从而促进资源的有效配置和交易效率的提高。诺斯教授提出了系统化的制度演化理论,并对西方信用制度和中国经济问题得出独特的观点。文章通过诺斯的制度演进理论,对西方信用制度的演进机制进行研究,从中厘清西方信用制度发展的历史脉络,对现代西方信用制度的运行效果作出科学解释,也为研究西方信用制度提供一个新的视角。目前,我国的信用制度建设尚不健全,带来了不良的经济效应和社会效应。因此,文章对西方信用制度的演进机制进行研究,探究其发展规律,从中得出经验和启示,对中国信用制度建设提出政策建议,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。

Credit system is a basic system with long history in human economy and society.The experience of developed market economy countries shows that a sound credit system can integrate all kinds of social forces that promote economic development,thus promoting the efficient allocation of resources and the improvement of transaction efficiency.Professor North has put forward the systematic theory of institutional evolution,and has a unique view on the western credit system and China's economic problems.This paper studies the evolution mechanism of the western credit system through North's evolution theory,and clarifies the historical context of the development of the western credit system,and makes a scientific explanation of the operation effect of the modern western credit system,and provides a new perspective for studying the western credit system.At present,the construction of credit system in China is still not perfect,which brings bad economic effects and social effects.Therefore,this paper studies the evolution mechanism of the western credit system,explores its development law,draws experience and enlightenment from it,and puts forward some policy suggestions on the construction of China's credit system,which has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
