摘要
改革开放以来,中国汽车产业经历了高速发展,取得了瞩目的成就。然而,由于合资企业的体制性与环境性约束以及自主企业的规模性约束,中国汽车产业出现了技术创新能力与产业发展水平间的不同步,危害到产业的整体发展。近年来,中国汽车企业开始探索新能源汽车产业发展道路,试图通过超前要素投入、中间技术创新、产业联盟等发展战略来解决产业的技术创新问题。然而发展战略本身存在不足,国内产业环境与市场环境也降低了中国新能源汽车产业发展战略的效果。对此,技术本位路线、市场反馈机制以及政府的针对性政策调整对于中国新能源汽车企业来说至关重要。
Since the reform and opening up,China's automobile industry has experienced rapid development and achieved remarkable achievements.However,due to the institutional and environmental constraints of joint ventures and the scale constraints of independent companies,China's auto industry has shown a lack of synchronization between technological innovation capabilities and the level of industrial development,jeopardizing the overall development of the industry.In recent years,Chinese auto companies have begun to explore the development path of new energy auto industry,and tried to solve problems of technological innovation in the industry through development strategies,such as advanced factor input,intermediate technological innovation,and industrial alliances.However,there are deficiencies in the development strategy itself,and the domestic industrial environment and market environment have also reduced the effect of China's new energy automotive industry development strategy.In this regard,the technology-based route,market feedback mechanism,and the government's targeted policy adjustment are of crucial importance to China's new energy auto companies.
