摘要
制定主动配电网供电恢复策略时,充分利用分布式电源(DG)的发电能力,对于扩大恢复面积、提高供电可靠性具有重要意义。本文提出了基于广度优先算法、考虑DG运行特性和备用容量的动态孤岛划分策略,设计了馈线自动化终端(FTU)并网功能模块校验并网条件,并利用改进恒压、恒频控制策略(V/f)快速调节不满足并网条件的DG,使其重新并网。仿真验证表明,综合DG运行特性和备用容量的孤岛划分策略能更有效地保证孤岛运行的稳定性和电压、频率等调节的实现。FTU同期并网控制功能和改进V/f控制策略的协调配合,有助于实现DG孤岛快速、稳定并网运行。
It is of great significance to take full advantage of the power generation capacity of distributed generation(DG)to enlarge the recovery area and improve the reliability of power supply when formulating the active distribution power supply recovery strategy.Therefore,a dynamic island partitioning strategy based on breadth-first algorithm was presented,considering the operating characteristics and the spare capacity of DG,the function module of feeder termi-nal unit(FTU)was designed to check the condition of grid connection,and the improved constant voltage and frequen-cy control strategy(V/f)was used to quickly adjust the running condition that did not meet the grid condition and made DG reconnected in this article.Case studies show that the proposed islanding strategy is applicable and effective to en-sure the stability of islanding operation and various regulations.FTU-based synchronization function in coordination with the improved V/f control strategy is beneficial for rapid and steady grid connection of DGs
