土地利用现状常态化调查技术体系探索

土地利用现状变更调查是土地管理中最基础、最重要的环节,特别对于经济发展速度快的地区,土地利用现状变化快,违法用地现象严重。为及时高效的获取土地利用变化信息,本文以东莞市为试点,建立土地利用现状常态化调查技术体系,探索规范化、常态化调查新模式,发挥土地日常调查对国土资源各项业务的支撑作用。

Land use status change investigation is the most basic and most important link in land management.Especially for areas with rapid economic development,the current situation of land use changes quickly,and the phenomenon of illegal land use is serious.In order to obtain the information of land use change in time and efficiently,this paper takes Dongguan as a pilot,establishes a daily survey technology system of land use status,explores the new mode of standardization and normalization,and plays the supporting role of land daily investigation on various business of land and resources.
