在"振兴苏北"和建设"徐州都市圈"的背景下,本文将以徐州市资源环境承载力、现有开发密度以及发展潜力为主导因子,结合徐州市发展优势和发展定位,建立了徐州市各个区域的评价指标体系。通过运用SPSS软件,将整个徐州市划分为发展核心区、重点发展区、优化发展区和限制发展区,最后通过对徐州市主体功能区划分方案进行分析,提出了徐州市土地资源优化配置的实现途径,从而更好的促进徐州市的产业结构调整和经济发展。

In the context of“revitalizing the North Jiangsu”and building the“Xuzhou Metropolitan Area”,this paper will take the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Xuzhou City,the existing development density and development potential as the leading factors,and combine the development advantages and development orientation of Xuzhou City to establish.The evaluation index system of various regions in Xuzhou City.Through the use of SPSS software,Xuzhou City is divided into development core area,key development area,optimized development area and restricted development area.Finally,through the analysis of Xuzhou main functional area division scheme,the realization of Xuzhou city land resource optimization configuration is proposed.Ways to better promote industrial restructuring and economic development in Xuzhou.
