摘要
试验选用隆朋复合制剂对小白鼠进行腹腔注射,用序贯法测定LD50、ED50,并计算麻醉指数(AI)。结果表明:LD50为51.35mg/kg、ED50为6.30mg/kg,隆朋合剂的麻醉指数(AI)即LD50/ED50为8.15,安全系数较大,可安全的应用于鹿的麻醉。
Test selection Xylazine compound was used for intraperitoneal injection in mice,through sequential method to measured LD50为and ED50,and Calculate the anaesthesia index(AI).The results show that:LD50为51.35mg/kg、ED50为6.30mg/kg.The anaesthesia index(AI)of Xylazine compound(AI)即LD50/ED50 is 8.15,the safety factor is large and can be used safely in deer anesthesia.
