基于网络虚拟空间进行的产业转移内涵、机制与特征

本文在网络经济深化发展背景下,针对实践中基于网络虚拟空间进行产业转移逐渐成为产业发展热点并理论研究仍以地理空间产业转移为主的现状,利用逻辑演绎分析方法构建出相应理论模型对基于网络虚拟空间实施的产业转移进行研究。研究发现:基于网络虚拟空间进行的产业转移可以提升区域产业经济发展的效率。产业环节或发展方式向虚拟空间进行转移的过程中,制定规则的主导力量是互联网平台企业。基于虚拟空间进行的产业转移的使用方式、内容侧重和主体间关系都有其自身的独特性。由此提出推动产业转移虚拟化优化发展的建议:科学制定产业转移虚拟化的战略发展方案、打造优秀的互联网平台企业和营造积极的政策环境。

Under the background of deep development of network economy,this paper focuses on the status quo that lots of theoretical research about industrial transfer are still based on the geographical space,while the industrial transfer based on virtual space is becoming the highlight of industrial development practice.By using logical deduction and setting up theoretical model,this paper does a research on the industrial transfer based on virtual space.It is found that industrial transfer based on virtual space can improve the efficiency of regional industrial economy.In the transferring process of industrial link or industrial developing mode to the virtual space,the Internet platform enterprise is the dominant force which sets up the rules.The use-pattern,transferring content and intersubjective relationship of industrial transfer based on virtual space have their own uniqueness.We should formulate strategy,develop excellent platform enterprises and create a positive policy environment to promote the optimal development of industrial transfer virtualization.
