“两票制”背景下医药流通企业的票据管理研究

Research on Bill Management of Pharmaceutical Distribution Enterprises under the Background of "Two-Ticket System"

对江苏省药品流通"两票制"政策的现状调查发现,目前医药流通企业的票据管理问题明显,如打印复印纸质单据造成资源浪费、发票难以随货同行、票务验证手续繁琐等。为此,提出了以电子资料代替纸质资料、明确发票随货同行要求、使用信息化手段提高票务查验效率等对策建议。

The investigation of the status quo of the“two-ticket system”policy for drug circulation in Jiangsu province revealed several problems concerning bill management in pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.For example,printing and copying paper documents caused waste of resources;invoices were difficult to accompany the goods;and ticket verification procedures were cumbersome.To this end,this paper put forward some countermeasures such as replacing the paper materials with electronic materials,clarifying the requirements of in原voices with the counterparts,and using information technology to improve the efficiency of ticket inspection.
