摘要 选择9种不同配方制备水性膨胀型防火涂料进行实验。将制备好的防火涂料涂刷在五合板上,干燥后取适量的干涂层置于坩埚中进行研磨,得到粉末状的实验样品。采用热重分析方法研究研究在自然空气下不同阻燃体系对防火涂料的热稳定性的影响和不同氧浓度对同种防火涂料防火性能的影响。实验结果表明,防火涂料热稳定性最佳的阻燃体系配比为APP:PER:MEL=6:4:1.5,防火涂料的防火性能随着氧浓度的降低而增强。 Water-based intumescent fire-retardant coatings with nine different formulations were prepared to conduct experiment.The preparedfire-retardant paint was painted on the pentaphyllal board.After drying,a suitable amount of dry coating was applied to the crucible,to obtain powdered experimental samples.By Thermo-gravimetric Analysis,the effects of different flame retardant sys-tems on the thermal stability of fire retardant coatings and the ef-fects of different oxygen concentrations on the fire resistance of the same fire retardant coatings were studied.Experimental results showed that,the best thermal stability of fire retardant coating flame retardant system ratio is APP:PER:MEL=6:4:1.5;the fireretardant properties of fire-retardant coatings increase as the oxy-gen concentration decreases.
