调研益阳市8个消防中队的消防装备配备情况,对11种消防装备缺失数量进行统计。采用秩和比法综合评价益阳市8个消防中队的消防装备配备情况,将11种消防装备作为评价指标,按照预测秩和比的大小对8个消防中队配备情况进行排序,并分成四个等级。得到益阳市8个消防中队消防装备配备秩和比法综合评价结果为:E、F、D、G消防中队装备配备为优秀,C、H消防中队装备配备为良好,B消防中队装备配备为中等,A消防中队装备配备缺少数较多;个人防护装备日常损耗量大,缺失数量最多。

The fire equipment equipping situation of 8 squadrons in Yiyang was investigated,and the missing quantity of 11 kinds of fire equipment was counted.By the method of rank-sum ratio,the fire equipment equipping situation of 8 squadrons in Yiyang was comprehensively evaluated.Taking the 11 kinds of fire equipment as the index,the equipping situation of 8 squadrons was ranked ac-cording to the rank-sum ratio,and divided into 4 classes.The re-sult of the rank-sum ratio comprehensive evaluation of the fire equipment equipping situation of 8 squadrons in Yiyang was:the equipping situation of E,F,D,G squadron was excellent,the equipping situation of C,H squadron was good,the situation of B was medium,while A squadron misses a large number of equip-ment;the daily loss of personnel protective equipment is big,and the missing quantity is the biggest.
