摘要
为将导线熔痕中的气孔特征应用于熔痕鉴别,制备木屑、纸屑、脱脂棉、毛毯等不同接触介质下2.5 mm2线径的一次短路熔珠,观察其金相组织图,计算气孔数量、面积等特征值,并分析接触介质影响气孔形成的机理。结果表明,可燃介质对铜导线一次短路熔痕中的气孔数量、大小都会产生显著的影响。
In order to use the cavity characteristics in melting trace for melting trace identification of wire,primary short-circuit melt-ing beads with diameters of 2.5 mm2 were prepared by different contact media including sawdust,paper scraps,skimmed cotton and blanket.The metallographic organization chart was observed.The number and area of the cavity were calculated.The mechanism of contact media influencing the cavity forming was analyzed.The results showed that the flammable medium has a significant effect on the number and size of the cavity in primary short-circuited cop-per trace.
