Investigation and criminal case handling of a major fire was introduced.Through on-site reconnaissance,investigation in-quiry,in-site identification and so on,fire cause was identified as combustible ignited by the overheating electric wire due to peccan-cy using electric radiator.And the electric wire was connected without permission.Register,investigation and prosecution of the fire accident liability were introduced.The work experience which can guide fire criminal case was analyzed.
