20#钢、45#钢往复摩擦过程中摩擦力的递归演化行为研究

摘要 为了揭示20#钢、45#钢在往复运动过程中摩擦磨损非线性行为规律,在往复式摩擦试验机上进行了摩擦磨损试验,采集整个摩擦过程中的摩擦力信号.将不同摩擦磨损时间测得的摩擦力信号绘制成递归图并进行定量递归分析.研究发现:磨合阶段的递归图具有沿主对角线高度集中的黑点,黑点向两侧对称分散并保持相对均匀分布,递归图的关联维数逐渐增加并稳定,最终黑点向主对角线回归,递归图的关联维数减小,剧烈磨损发生.递归图和关联维数分别直观和定量地描述了摩擦力的递归演化过程,研究结果可应用于识别磨合状态、正常磨损阶段和剧烈磨损阶段,其研究方法对其他摩擦系统的非线性行为具有借鉴意义. To reveal the nonlinear behavior of 20 steel wear against 45 steel during reciprocating friction,the experiments were performed on a reciprocating tribometer.The friction force was measured and analyzed by recurrence plot and recurrence quantitative parameter.The results show that black dots distributes around principal diagonal on the recurrence plot in the running-in state,then the dots disperse to both sides of diagonal.During this period,the correlation dimension of the recurrence plot increases and stabilizes.Finally,the dots close up to diagonal accompanied by the decrease of correlation dimension.During this period,the rapid wear occurs.The recurrence plot and correlation dimension describe the recursive evolution process of friction directly and quantitatively,respectively.The results can be applied to the identification of running-in,steady state and rapid wear states.The research method is useful to other friction systems.
