摘要
塔式起重机加减标准节的过程是事故多发阶段,对其进行远程监控是降低安全事故率的有效途径之一。通过对塔式起重机加减标准节过程特点的分析,文中提出了基于OSA-CBM的塔式起重机加减标准节过程的远程服务器监控系统方案,将CBM的开放架构及类库与塔机加减标准节监控特点相结合,将获取的塔身顶端位移、顶升高度、人工操作指令码、风速等特征参数数据按照一定数据结构存储于数据库中,利用算法来判断特征参数的数据,其意义在于充分利用大数据和专家知识,为进一步提高加减节过程管理水平、保障安全打下基础。
the process of adding and reducing of the mast section of tower cranes is an accident-prone.Remote monitoring of tower cranes is one of the effective ways to reduce the safety accident rate.After analyzing the characteristics of the process of adding and reducing of the mast section of tower crane,this paper proposes a long-distance server monitoring system plan based on OSA-CBM for the process of adding and reducing of the mast section of tower cranes.The system plan combines the CBM’s open architecture and class library with the monitoring characteristics of tower crane’s mast section adding and reducing,stores obtained characteristic parameter data such as top displacement,lifting height,and manual operation of the tower body,instruction code and wind speed into the data base according to a certain data structure and judges such characteristic parameter data using algorithm.The meaning of above procedures is to further improve the management of the mast section adding and reducing process and lay a foundation for safety by using big data and expert knowledge.
