摘要
针对预制舱起吊梁设计中主梁结构形式、起吊板厚度和加强板厚度等因素组合问题,基于交试验方法设计了9个最有代表性的试验方案,采用极差法和方差法对试验结果进行分析,优选出使起吊梁Mises等效应力和结构变形达到最小因素水平的最优组合方案,进一步试验验证方案的可靠性与合理性,对类似产品的设计具有重要的指导意义。
For the combination of main girder structure,lifting plate thickness and reinforcing plate thickness in the design of the prefabricated cabin lifting beam,nine most representative test plans were designed based on orthogonal test method,and the test results were analyzed by using range method and variance method,so as to select out the best combination plan which can make sure the equivalent stress and structural deformation of the lifting beam Mises to be reduced to the minimum extents and further verify the reliability and rationality of the plan,which has important guiding significance for the design of similar products.
