摘要 以某新能源叉车为研究对象,基于ADAMS建立其转向桥运动学模型,进行转向仿真分析,验证所建模型的准确性;在此基础上,在ISight集成环境下,提出以实际设计要求为约束条件、以转向节节臂、转向桥中心夹角、转向节臂长度及液压缸偏距为优化变量,建立以外转角误差值最小为目标的优化函数,进行基于多岛遗传算法的多学科优化设计。优化结果表明:优化后外转角误差值减小,转向性能得到优化改善,对整车操纵稳定性的提高效果良好。 Taking a new energy forklift as the research object,the kinematics model of its steering axle is established based on ADAMS,and the steering simulation analysis is carried out to verify the accuracy of the built model.Based on this and under the ISight integrated environment,an optimization function is established with the actual design requirements as constraints,the steering knuckle arm,the center included angle of steering axle,the steering knuckle arm length and the cylinder offset distance as optimization variables,and the minimum external intersection angle error value as the objective,so as to carry out the multidisciplinary optimization design based on the multi-island genetic algorithm.The optimization results show that after optimization,the external intersection angle error value is reduced,the steering performance is optimized,and the result of vehicle handling stability improvement is good.
