摘要
介绍了一种新型圆柱凸轮传动式数控转台,将其三维模型导入Workbench进行有限元分析,得到新型圆柱凸轮传动式数控转台在满载状态下的动静态特性。根据有限元分析结果找到数控转台工作过程中最大应力和最大形变位置,为新型圆柱凸轮传动式数控转台的结构改进和优化提供依据。
This paper introduces a new type of cylindrical cam-driven numerical control rotary table,introduces its threedimensional model into Workbench for finite element analysis,and obtains the dynamic and static characteristics of the new type of cylindrical cam-driven numerical control rotary table under full load.According to the results of finite element analysis,the position of maximum stress and deformation in the working process of the numerical control rotary table is found out,which provides the basis for the structural improvement and optimization of the new cylindrical cam-driven numerical control rotary table.
