摘要
以飞机牵引车车架为研究对象,对其进行改进设计,对车架承受的外力及载荷进行分析计算,并利用三维建模技术建立了飞机牵引车车架三维模型,对其进行有限元静态强度分析,得出车架的应力分布和最小安全系数,分析计算结果表明,改进设计满足设计要求。
Taking the frame of the aircraft tractor as the research object,this paper makes an improved design,analyzes and calculates the external force and load borne by the frame,establishes a three-dimensional model of the frame of the aircraft tractor by using the three-dimensional modeling technology,carries out finite element static strength analysis on it,and obtains the stress distribution and the minimum safety factor of it.The analysis and calculation results show that the improved design meets the design requirements.
