摘要
以空中造楼机整体结构为研究对象,对其进行有限元受力分析。在恒载、风载荷、浇筑侧压力等载荷下考查空中造楼机的强度、刚度和稳定性,根据计算结果对结构关键部位的截面形式和相应工况边界条件进行改进优化。分析结果表明,空中造楼机结构强度、刚度、稳定性满足设计要求。
Taking the whole structure of the aerial building machine as the research object,its finite element stress analysis is carried out.Under dead load,wind load,casting side pressure and other loads the strength,rigidity and stability of aerial building machine are checked,and the cross-sectional form of the key parts of the structure and the corresponding working conditions are improved and optimized according to the calculation results.The analysis results show that the structural strength,rigidity and stability of the aerial building machine meet the design requirements.
