当单一或多台起重设备在同一轨道中运行工作时,为避免因设备自身问题或单一设备检修导致整条生产线停产,通过在主运行轨道侧边增加备用支轨道及备用起重设备,从而将检修动作从主运行轨道分离,减少不必要的时间浪费,并降低检修工作人员的工作危险系数。文中阐述了变轨装置的组成及使用方式,给出了起重设备状态分类。

When one or more lifting equipment is working in the same track,in order to avoid the whole production line being shut down due to equipment problems or maintenance of single equipment,spare branch tracks and spare lifting equipment are added at the side of the main running track,thus separating maintenance actions from the main running track,reducing unnecessary waste of time,and reducing the working danger coefficient of maintenance workers.This paper expounds the assembling and usage of the track changing device,and gives the classification of the state of lifting equipment.
