岸边集装箱起重机电气工艺研究

摘要 电气施工是岸边集装箱起重机项目重要组成部分,传统的施工工艺大多采用焊接形式,面漆后动火的现场非常普遍,不但破坏了结构的美观性,而且可能导致补漆部位油漆脱落等质量问题。文中介绍了电气管路沟通的主要形式,列举了电气管路沟通的改进方案,从根本上杜绝面漆后动火的问题。 Electrical construction is an important part of the quayside container crane project.Most of the traditional construction techniques adopt welding methods.The hot work after finish coat is very common,which not only damages the aesthetic appearance of the structure,but also may lead to quality problems such as paint peeling off on painting makeup parts.This paper introduces the main forms of electrical pipeline connection,lists the improvement scheme of electrical pipeline connection,and eliminates the root cause of hot work after finish coat.
