摘要
介绍了环境温度对燃气轮机运行效率的影响,借助天然气压气站场燃气轮机真实运行数据分析环境温度变化与燃气轮机振动值之间的线性关系。研究表明:燃气轮机振动值随着环境温度的升高而增大,降低气体进口温度可有效增加燃气轮机效率,降低振动值,减少机械故障风险,延长使用寿命。
The influence of ambient temperature on the operating efficiency of gas turbine is introduced,and the linear relationship between the ambient temperature change and the vibration value of gas turbine is analyzed by the real operation data of gas turbine in a natural gas station.The study shows that the vibration value of gas turbine increases with the increase of ambient temperature,and reducing the gas inlet temperature can effectively increase the efficiency of gas turbine,at the same time reduce the vibration value and the risk of mechanical failure and prolong the service life
