摘要 文章从引起躺井的根本因素分析出发,分析了地层因素的变化对躺井的影响,从原油物性和井筒因素的实际出发,分析了稠油、结蜡、腐蚀、泵的因素、杆管偏磨、工具质量等对躺井的影响。在降低躺井率实践中,分析了这几年在降低躺井方面开展的工作,从防腐防偏磨一体化治理、优化设计、螺杆泵替代、优化防砂等有效降低的躺井率分析入手,结合当前开展的躺井预警控制分析精细管理,推广"三图一线一化"躺井预警技术,优化生产参数、优化工艺方案、抽油泵的亟待进一步改进等方面,对今后降低躺井进行控制。 Starting from the analysis of the basic factors causing the lie-down well,this paper analyzes the influence of the change of formation factors on the lie-down well.Starting from the actual physical properties of crude oil and wellbore factors,this paper analyzes the influence of heavy oil,wax deposition,corrosion,pump factors,eccentric wear of rod and pipe,and tool quality on the lie-down well.In the practice of reducing lie-down well rate,the work carried out in reducing lie-down well in recent years is analyzed.Starting from the analysis of effectively reduced lie-down well rate such as integrated anti-corrosion and anti-eccentric wear control,optimized design,replacement of screw pump,optimized sand control,etc.,combined with the aspects of fine management of the lie-down well pre-warning control analysis currently carried out,the promotion of"three figures and one line and one chemical"lie-down well pre-warning technology,and the optimization of production parameters and the technological scheme,further improving of the oil well pump,to make a control on the lowering of the lie-down well in the future.
