摘要
硝酸生产过程中,氨氧化法是应用最广泛的方法。氨的氧化是氨氧化法中最关键的步骤,所以氨氧化率将直接影响硝酸产量和能耗。文章以某石化企业硝酸装置为例,通过多年生产运行经验及数据,分析和探讨铂网催化剂、原料净化、操作条件等因素对氨氧化率的影响。
Ammonia oxidation is the most widely used method in nitric acid production.The oxidation of ammonia is the most critical step in ammonia oxidation process,so ammonia oxidation rate will directly affect nitric acid production and energy consumption.Taking a nitric acid plant in a petrochemical enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the influence of platinum net catalyst,raw material purification,operating conditions and other factors on ammonia oxidation rate through years of production and operation experience and data.
