高压低密度聚乙烯聚合核心是反应器,其的粘壁与否直接关系到装置的稳定生产、优质生产、长久生产,此文对粘壁现象进行分析、预防,并对粘壁处理的各种方法进行研究,确保装置能够长周期、满负荷的稳定运行。
The high and low density polyethylene polymerization core is a reactor,and its adhesion wall is directly related to the stable production,high-quality production,and long-term production of the device.This article analyzes and prevents the adhesion wall phenomenon and treats the adhesion wall.Various methods are studied.Ensure the stable operation of the device with long period and full load.
