摘要 对胜利油田石油化工总厂常减压装置加热炉运行中存在的问题进行分析,通过改造燃料油系统、激波吹灰系统,维修空气预热器,应用新型燃烧器等一系列措施,提高加热炉热效率,降低氮氧化物排放。措施实施后,加热炉运行热效率、排放指标均有较大改善。 The problems existing in the operation of the heating furnace in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of general petrochemical factory of Shengli oilfield were analyzed.Through a series of measures such as reforming fuel oil system,shock wave soot blowing system,maintaining air preheater and applying new type burner,the heat efficiency of heating furnace is improved and nitrogen oxides emission is reduced.After the implementation of the measures,the operating thermal efficiency and emission index of the heating furnace have been greatly improved
