摘要 随着社会经济的不断发展,市场对铜的消费需求越来越大。铜精矿作为提供铜的主要来源,对其质量的把握和成分的分析提出了越来越高的要求。铜精矿中除了含铜元素外,还含有铅、砷、镉、汞、氟等有害元素,有害元素的存在不仅不利于铜精矿中铜的冶炼,如果处理不当还会对环境造成严重的危害和污染。在铜精矿元素测定中传统的分析方法一般仅能对其中的单一元素进行测定,相对耗时且成本较高,X射线荧光光谱法可以同时对多种元素进行分析且精确度良好。本文从铜精矿元素测定的必要性和意义出发,分析X射线荧光光谱法在铜精矿元素测定中的应用。 With the continuous development of social economy,the consumption demand for copper in the market is increasing.As the main source of copper,copper concentrate has put forward higher and higher requirements for its quality control and composition analysis.The copper concentrate contains not only copper elements,but also harmful elements such as lead,arsenic,cadmium,mercury,fluorine,etc.The existence of harmful elements is not only not conducive to copper smelting in the copper concentrate,but also will cause serious harm and pollution to the environment if improperly treated.In the elements determination of copper concentrate,the traditional analysis method can only determine a single element,which is relatively time-consuming and costly.X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can simultaneously analyze a variety of elements with good accuracy.Starting from the necessity and significance of elements determination of copper concentrate,this paper analyzes the application of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry in elements determination of copper concentrate.
