Preparation and Properties of Ceramic Polyolefin Fire-resistant Material

介绍了陶瓷化聚烯烃耐火材料的开发背景,考察了基体树脂配比、相容剂用量、成瓷填料用量等因素对复合材料力学性能的影响,通过热重分析(TG)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析讨论了陶瓷化聚烯烃耐火材料的耐火机理,展望了陶瓷化聚烯烃材料的发展方向。

The developed background of ceramic polyolefin fire-resistant material was introduced.The influence of mass ratio of matrix resin,dosage of compatibilizer and dosage of ceramic filler on mechanical properties of composite materials were investigated.The fire resistance mechanism of ceramic polyolefin refractory was discussed by TG and SEM.The development of ceramic polyolefin fire-resistant material was prospected.
