摘要
本文成功设计并合成了含手型集团的α-二亚胺镍(Ⅱ)配合物。采用1HNMR,13CNMR,元素分析对其进行了表征。研究了n(Al)/n(Ni)、温度、配体结构对催化剂的活性、支化度、分子量的影响。n(Al)/n(Ni)=400时,催化剂活性最大值,活性为3.82*107g/(mol·h·MPa)。在n(Al)/n(Ni)=400,反应时间为10分钟时,随着聚合温度的逐渐升高,聚合物的支化度逐渐增大,聚合温度为60℃时,达到了最大值为113个支链/1000个碳。
In this paper,α-diimine nickel(Ⅱ)complex containing chiral group has been successfully designed and synthesized.And 1HNMR,13CNMR and elemental analysis were used to characterize it.The effects of n(Al)/n(Ni)temperature and ligand structure on the activity,branching degree and molecular weight of the catalyst were studied.When n(Al)/n(Ni)=400,the activity of the catalyst was the maximum,which was 3.82*107g/(mol·h·MPa).When n(Al)/n(Ni)=400,and the reaction time was 10 minutes,the degree of branching of the polymer gradually increased with the increasing of the polymerization temperature.When the polymerization temperature was 60℃,it reached the maximum value,which was 113 branches per 1,000 carbons.
