上海市药品费用核算分析

Analysis on drug expenditure accounting in Shanghai

目的介绍2014年上海市药品费用核算的主要结果。方法基于"卫生费用核算体系2011"(SHA 2011),采用Stata 13.0对2014年上海市门诊和住院的药品费用数据进行统计分析,从年龄、机构级别、机构类型、参保类型、疾病类型几个维度对数据进行分析。结果 2014年上海市药品总费用为484.43亿元,占上海市卫生总费用的37.93%;循环系统疾病等慢性病、老年人消耗了较多的药品费用;药品费用主要发生在医院,社区卫生服务中心药品费用占比较低。结论药品资源配置不合理,需要加大对特殊人群的健康干预,避免或降低药品费用。

Objective To present main results of drug expenditure accounting in Shanghai in 2014.Methods Based on A System of Health Accounts 2011 Edition(SHA 2011),data were analyzed from age,grade of organization,type of organization,type of insurance,disease classification by Stata 13.0.Results The total drug expenditure in Shanghai in 2014 was 48.443 billion yuan,accounting for 37.93%of total health expenditure in Shanghai.The elderly group and chronic diseases such as circulatory diseases consumed more drug expenditure.The drug expenditure was mainly spent in hospitals.Community healthcare centers had a lower share of drug expenditure.Conclusion The allocation of drug resources is irrational.It is suggested to intensify health inventions to target groups so as to avoid or decrease drug expenditure.
