肇嘉浜地区排水能力评估及系统提标改造方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 城市极端暴雨引起的内涝已严重威胁城市正常运行和人民生命财产安全。大部分城镇已建排水系统的设计标准低,现有排水设施已不能满足新形势下排水防涝的新要求。本研究以上海市中心城内环内的肇嘉浜、蒲汇塘、鲁班排水系统为例,采用模型技术对其设施排水能力进行了全面分析,并提出了系统提标改造方案。 Urban water-logging caused by extreme rainstorm has become a serious threat to the normal operation of cities,people’s lives and property safety.The drainage systems were constructed with relative low design standards in many cities,and the existing facilities cannot meet the new requirements of water-logging prevention under the new situation.Taking the existing systems of Zhaojiabang,Puhuitang and Luban,which are located in the center of Shanghai,as example,this paper has made a comprehensive analysis for drainage capacity using hydraulic model,and put forward an optimized upgrading and retrofit plan.
