深圳市坪山中心区海绵城市详细规划编制探讨

摘要 城市区域性的海绵城市整体达标路径是我国下阶段海绵城市建设的重点与难点。本文以深圳市某区域为例,通过构建多方案的海绵城市建设路径,探讨不同建设方案下区域所能达到的海绵城市建设目标。源头控制方面,通过多方案比选,得出该区域仅在新建用地和综合整治用地完全按照海绵城市要求建设的前提下,可达到60.3%的年径流总量控制率;在新建用地和综合整治用地完全按照海绵城市要求建设,现状保留用地和已建用地进行海绵化改造的情况下,可实现71.8%的年径流总量控制率。雨水末端调蓄方面,借助区域内公园水体,提出基于不同海绵城市目标的四种调蓄方案,并提出推荐方案。 Overall target-reaching pathway in regional level is going to be the priority and challenge in the following Sponge City construction in China.A district in Shenzhen was taken as an example,through the construction of multiprogram sponge city construction path,to explore the sponge city construction goals that can be achieved under the different construction schemes..In the source control,the annual runoff control rate of this area achieved 60.3%with the sponge city facilities applied in the newly developed and renewed area while the rate reached 71.8%when coupled with sponge city retrofit of existing area.In terms of rainwater regulated and storage four schemes were proposed to achieve different sponge city targets by using the water bodies of the parks in the region.Consequently,a recommended scheme was presented.
