摘要
明确建立失信惩戒机制的背景、意义及基本内涵,分析并比较欧美国家的相关制度以及国内相关省市的实践情况,结合当前相关省市实践中存在的问题,提出建立失信联合惩戒机制的思路及建议。
This article clarifies the background,significance and basic connotation of constructing dishonesty disciplinary mechanism.It puts forward thoughts and suggestions for establishing joint dishonesty disciplinary mechanism by analyzing and comparing the related systems of American and European countries,and the practices in some provinces of China,and taking into account the problems existing in the practices of these provinces.
